I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfy with a lovely bathroom close to the bedrooms, and the staff was friendly. However, I found that the service lacked willingness to help with street parking initially. The location was convenient, being in the city center, but I wished the dining had more fresh Mediterranean dishes. The facilities were satisfactory, offering tours/ticket assistance.

The hotel is ideally located in the center of Sofia, very close to the city center and not far from the metro station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but some have broken windows, nevertheless, they come with a bathtub and the bathrooms conveniently close to the bedrooms. The service was friendly overall, but they weren't initially helpful with street parking. The dining experience included grilled fish and was satisfactory. The hotel provides good value for the money with reasonable pricing.
